Kouts is a small farm town in southern Porter County, out toward the Kankakee River bottoms, and the properties match it: big rural lots, working acreage, and open ground with room to spread. This is not subdivision work. A rural property might have an acre of turf around the house and a tree line to keep back, and none of that fits the flat per-cut pricing a town lot runs on.
We mow acreage and farm properties on a set schedule so the grass stays ahead of you, which matters through a wet spring when open ground takes off. We keep the yard around the house, the drive, and the outbuildings cut tight, and run a height that holds up on big open turf. You pay for the ground we actually cut, not a guess.
Spring and fall cleanups, mulch, rock and gravel, weed removal, and trimming bushes, hedges, and trees. On a rural Kouts property the work usually lives near the house and along the tree line, so that is where we put the effort. We handle the landscaping that makes a farm-edge home look kept without pricing you for ground that just needs mowing.
Getting a price is simple. Call or send the form and we will drive out and walk it. Rural lots get priced by the actual work, not a flat rate, so you get a real number for exactly what you want done. No obligation, and the estimate is free.
